I'm Addicted to Summer
In this challenge the designers were taken to a pet shop and told to take any items from the shop and to create a garment out of them. They were encouraged to use materials that were as unconventional as possible. They were also told garments made from fabric would hurt them on the runway.
On the left are the original materials from the shop, on the right is the completed look. If I was competing in this challenge I would have been inspired by the red rubber balls. I would have bought over 100 of the balls and used them to create a short cocktail dress. I would have cut the balls in a way that they would lay flat and layered them over each other to create something similar to the picture. I would also cut the metal wire basket to create a firm bodice of the dress. I would also use small dog collars as bracelets stacked up both arms.
For the styling of the look I would use the hair and lips in the picture on the top right. I would use the eyes of the woman in the picture next to the first, slightly to the left.

They were also supplied with closures, dyes, numerous accessories, and a team of makeup and hair stylists. If I was on the show, this would be my piece. The bandeau top is made out of the elephant print.
The shorts are made out of the bed sheet and dyed the navy blue color next to them.
The head scarf is made out of the t-shirt and dyed the red and orange colors next to it, half and half.
The bag comes in the orange print next to it.
